Who is GotElement.com?

GotElement.com is a website to sell downloadable designing resources such as photo, vector, texture, flash apps, template, eBook etc.

GotElement.com provides the following two types of resources at present:

• Resources on Chinese element.

• Resources on designing.

We will add more and more resources in future.

How it works?

Like common shopping website, you can browse and select resources (photos or files) by types and add the selected resources (photos or files) to your shopping cart. When selected all the resources you like, please press the “Check Out’’, then our system will instruct you to finish the payment process with some instructions.

Unlike common shopping website, all the resources (photos and files) in our website are virtual materials, which are transmitted by download instead of mailing and express delivery. After you payment, you can get the notification information (usually in 5-15 minutes) in your registered email, in which also includes the downloading links of your selected and paid resources. You can download the paid files by clicking the links in your email directly, or you can log in our website to get the link in your personal account.

How I payment?

At present, our website only support paypal. 

May I download the file twice?

In case of a download failure, you can download the same file 10 times within 48 hours from the first attempt, and no other credits will be deducted. After this time interval expires, a new credit will be needed to download the file. If 48 hours have expired and you are unable to open or can't find the file downloaded, please send a “service” type message from “Contact us” on the website and you will receive your image via email.

I have lost the files I previously downloaded, how can I download them again?

You have 48 hours for downloading the file you purchased (in order to fix any problems that could appear during the download process: file downloaded incorrectly, connection was lost, etc). Because of bandwidth usage, after this time interval expires you can download the same file again only if you use more credits. If you lost a file that was previously downloaded, please send a “service” type message from “Contact us” page on the website with full details, I will resend you the file via email.

How many languages are you support?

At present, GotElement.com can support English and some languages of European countries, through which users can browse different modules and have a basic understanding of the general functions.

The support of GotElement.com can only provide Simplified/Traditional Chinese and English. I’m so sorry that I can not provide services for you speak other languages.
